Job Responsibilities
- Implement activities to enhance team engagement and learning & development, including retention, recognition, diversity, wellness, and engaging training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
- Create, design, and edit internal communication materials, such as presentations, announcements, and visuals.
- Execute internal communication plans to effectively convey the company’s vision, values, initiatives, and organizational information.
- Ensure internal messages are clear, timely, and impactful, using a high-impact writing style and format.
- Research market trends and best practices in employee engagement and learning & development to ensure program effectiveness.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements
- College or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in employee engagement, internal communication, or learning & development.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with leadership and a genuine interest in bonding with people.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly responsible with the ability to work under pressure.
- Meticulous, quick, and sensitive to workplace dynamics.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Nice-to-have: Multi-tasking, time management, creativity, proactivity, and result-orientation.
