Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end livestream host campaigns, including sourcing talent/hosts, arranging schedules, and reporting.
- Handle daily operations, build cooperative relationships with KOLs/KOCs, and monitor livestream and talent/host performance against team KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance talent/host and livestream performance.
- Report KOL/KOC cooperation data and status, establishing qualified partnerships to drive sales growth through their channels.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent/host/KOL/community management roles.
- Strong talent/host management and negotiation skills.
- Preferred: Access to talent/host/KOL databases (micro, mid-tier, macro, mega) and established relationships with KOLs/celebrities.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok.
- Enthusiasm for retail, FMCG, health, and beauty brands.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, or similar platforms.
- Must-have skills: Multi-tasking, time management, communication, creativity, proactivity, and result-orientation.
- Nice-to-have: Project management experience, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a data-driven mindset for insights and recommendations.
