Job Responsibilities
- Assist in running and optimizing TikTok ad campaigns, with a focus on managing ads during livestream sessions.
- Support documentation and streamlining of ad campaign workflows for consistency and transparency.
- Contribute to campaign planning, including developing media plans and strategies for ad placements and targeting.
- Assist in creating and analyzing campaign reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with Media, Creative, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and success.
- Maintain a detail-oriented, hardworking, and responsible approach, with endurance for monitoring ads during long livestream sessions.
Job Requirements
- University bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Familiarity with project management, commercial/sales mindset, and stakeholder management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven, proactive, and can-do attitude.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and data analysis/interpretation abilities.
- High integrity, responsibility, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Preference for experience or interest in e-commerce, business strategy, or technology industries.
- Must-have skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, multi-tasking, time management, communication, creativity, proactivity, and result-orientation.
- Nice-to-have: Project management experience, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a data-driven mindset for insights and recommendations.
