Job Responsibilities
- Plan and manage integrated campaign calendars aligned with brand and partner activities, especially during peak e-commerce seasons (e.g., platform birthdays, 11.11, 12.12, Tet).
- Collaborate with designers to conceptualize and develop engaging campaigns that align with strategic directions.
- Ensure effective onsite visibility (banners, product images) on homepage and category pages to optimize user experience and meet sales targets.
- Work with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Digital, E-Merchandising, Creative, Finance, Operations) and external partners (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop) to deliver top-tier e-commerce campaigns and consumer experiences.
- Liaise with Commercial, Data, and Customer Service teams to provide campaign performance insights, evaluations, and recommendations.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the functional manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail, Business Management, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content, design, creative, or e-commerce agency roles, preferably in FMCG, Health, Beauty, or Fashion sectors.
- Prior experience in e-commerce is a priority.
- Must-have skills: Multi-tasking, time management, communication, creativity, proactivity, and result-orientation.
- Nice-to-have: Project management experience, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a data-driven mindset for insights and recommendations.
