Job Responsibilities
- Develop and define business plans and strategies for brands/accounts, focusing on promotion, profit and loss (P&L), assortment growth, budget management, and brand partnerships.
- Oversee sales (inbound and outbound) on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand and platform counterparts.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, including product pricing, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage inventory to minimize expired or lost products.
- Provide comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insights to differentiate our offerings.
- Plan and execute seasonal and monthly campaigns and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in digital/e-commerce campaign planning, ideally with platforms like TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, or related retail companies.
- Commercial performance-driven mindset with a collaborative approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and propose performance improvement suggestions.
- Ability to develop and activate a brand’s e-commerce strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal, connection, and communication skills to engage with distributors and brands.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Must-have skills: Multi-tasking, time management, communication, creativity, proactivity, and result-orientation.
- Nice-to-have: Experience in project management, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a data-driven mindset for insights and recommendations.
