Job Overview: We are looking for a versatile and R&D-oriented AI & Digital Solutions Developer to lead the development of our internal automation ecosystems and innovative AI-driven projects. You will be the bridge between internal business efficiency (Power Platform) and cutting-edge consumer tech (AI Livestreaming & Data Warehouse).
If you love "tinkering" with new APIs, building apps from scratch, and turning data into actionable tools, this is the role for you.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Automation: design and configure complex Power Automate workflows and build model-driven Power Apps to streamline internal operations.
AI Innovation: develop desktop applications/scripts integrating AI services (e.g., Capcut Lip sync, Minimax voice training/generation) to automate and enhance live engagement.
Project Atlas (web-based data platform): develop Backend APIs connected to Microsoft Fabric Warehouse, craft a web-based frontend using Streamlit framework, integrate AI services to deliver natural language querying, automated insights and analysis…
System Integration: Connect disparate systems via APIs to ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
R&D: Proactively research and prototype new AI tools and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge in digital operations.
Job Requirements:
Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (essential for Streamlit, API development, and AI integration).
Power Platform: Experience with Power Automate and Model-driven Power Apps.
Data & Backend: Familiarity with SQL, API design, and cloud data concepts (experience with Microsoft Fabric or Power BI is a huge plus).
AI Savvy: Hands-on experience or a deep interest in Generative AI, Voice Synthesis, and Computer Vision APIs.
Frontend: Ability to build functional and clean UIs popular fast-to-deploy frameworks (Node.js, Streamlit…)
Self-learner: Ability to pick up new tools (like Minimax or new Fabric features) quickly without waiting for formal training.
A "Product Mindset": You don't just write code; you build solutions that solve real problems.
Work experience or career interest in e-commerce, business intelligence, or technology industries.
Proficient in English & Vietnamese.
Minimum overall GPA 3.0/4.0.
Benefits:
Salary: 15.000.000 VND - 17.000.000 VND or Negotiable
Working hours: Monday to Friday (Friday: Work from home)
